PTSA Staff Appreciation Breakfast
by Simrah Nageer On December 5 th , 2025, the PTSA hosted a Staff Appreciation Breakfast to show South’s teachers how much they are valued. After school on December 4 th , student volunteers, as well as PTSA members, gathered to decorate the teachers’ lounge with holiday and winter decorations for the Staff Appreciation Breakfast the following day. The next day, South’s teachers were greeted with a spread of delicious food and a cheery atmosphere to celebrate their hard work.

Class of 2030 Bake Sale
by Raabia Noor The Class of 2030 hosted a bake sale right after school in front of the gym on December 3. They sold cookies, Twinkies, cupcakes, donuts, and chips, each for only $1! Mr. Esposito and Mrs. Grillo oversaw the sale, encouraging passing students to buy something.
