As the school year comes to an end, the Muslim Student Association (MSA) is hosting a free picnic for students on June 9. The event will take place after school behind the baseball field and will include food, drinks, and activities for students to enjoy. The picnic is intended to bring students together, create a fun environment, and provide an opportunity to relax before final exams.
Students who were asked about the event shared positive reactions. Many expressed excitement because the picnic is free and offers a chance to spend time with friends and meet new people. Others said they are looking forward to participating in activities such as cricket, cornhole, and other games that will be available during the event. Several students also mentioned that the picnic will be a great way to celebrate the end of the school year and take a break from academic stress.
MSA President Aimen Khan shared her thoughts about the upcoming event. She explained that she is excited to provide new opportunities for club members and continue organizing events that strengthen the MSA community. Khan hopes that future picnics and activities will help students become more involved in the club while building friendships with their peers. She also believes the picnic will give students a chance to relieve stress and enjoy themselves before finals begin.
The picnic demonstrates MSA's commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for students. By providing a free event with food, games, and opportunities to socialize, the club hopes to encourage student involvement and bring the school community together. As June 9 approaches, many students are looking forward to attending and making lasting memories with their friends before the school year ends.
